More streamlined, efficient, accurate and cost effective solution to manage production of stationery (business cards, letterheads and compliments slips) – around 2,500 items produced annually.
Solution
DataActive’s basic solution comprised a website with customer tailored pages and fields to meet the client’s specific ordering requirements. On line composite PDF proofs (exactly to customer’s brand) are produced for approval/amendment. All ordering, pricing and delivery information is recorded and available for review, and items can be re-generated. The system provides a seamless ‘electronic’ integration with the printer and has recently been upgraded to facilitate online payment.
